COPPA Compliance Statement

Gardex Technologies LLC is committed to full compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), 15 U.S.C. §§ 6501–6506.

Our Commitment

GARD is a parental control and family safety service. Our business model is built around protecting children — not monetizing their data. We are committed to these COPPA principles:

• We obtain verifiable parental consent before collecting personal information from children under 13
• We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide safety services
• We do not sell children's personal information to third parties
• We do not serve behavioral advertising to children's devices
• We provide parents full access to and control over their children's information
• We delete children's information upon parental request
• We maintain reasonable security procedures to protect children's information

Advertising on Child Devices

Advertising displayed on devices designated as child devices in GARD is restricted to COPPA-compliant contextual categories. We use Google AdMob in COPPA-compliant mode, which disables behavioral targeting and interest-based advertising for child-designated devices.

Parental Controls

Parents maintain complete control over their children's GARD accounts including the ability to review, modify, and delete all information associated with their children's accounts at any time.
